It’s been a little while since we last made an announcement and feature launch update, but trust me when I say it’s because we’ve been too busy launching new stuff!
As a nice kickoff to 2020, let’s take a look at a new feature round-up of everything new in Aurelius over the last 4-6 weeks.
Capture Recommendations in Aurelius
Before, you could do all your research up to and including creating Key Insights. Thing is, you don’t often stop at just providing your research findings… you typically offer recommendations for what to do based on that research, right? Well now you can, right inside your Aurelius project.
Recommendations allow you to capture those suggested actions and, recommendations, from research and link key insights from your project all together in one place.
Each recommendation can have as many key insights attached as you need. Also, each recommendation has a status of “not started”, “in progress” or “complete” so you can keep tabs on the impact you’re having from research. It’s now easier than ever to keep track of your research, findings, recommendations and impact all in one place.
Send Key Insights to Jira
We launched a direct integration with Jira so you can send Key Insights from any Aurelius project to Jira as a ticket, issue or bug! This is huge because now you can close the gap between the work you do in research and product development.
Here’s a short video of how it works:
Connect Aurelius to over 1500+ apps you already use with Zapier
If a Jira integration wasn’t enough, we also released our Zapier integration. Now you can connect Aurelius to 1500+ apps you already use! Automated connections called Zaps, set up in minutes with no coding, can automate your day-to-day tasks and build workflows between Aurelius and other apps that otherwise wouldn’t be possible.
Here are just a few popular examples of what you can do with our Zapier integration:
Create new notes in your Aurelius project automatically from:
- Intercom, Zendesk chats
- SurveyMonkey, Typeform, Wufoo or Google form responses
- Twitter feedback
- Trello cards
Send every new Key Insight made in Aurelius to:
- Slack
- Trello
- Google Docs
- A team email account
Automatic Keyword Analysis is here
Aurelius now helps you analyze qualitative research data even faster and easier than ever. Keyword analysis automatically shows you frequently used keywords in certain sets of notes and data. For example in each note category within your project we show you the common keywords from that interview or session where you can then click on them to filter those notes.
Check out this short video of our automatic keyword analysis:
Keyword analysis in combination with our Zapier integration creates powerful possibilities to automate data coming into Aurelius and even beginning analysis on it without you having to lift a finger.
This is just the first step for us towards some very cool and even more sophisticated intelligence features we have planned in Aurelius.
Stay tuned!
