Quickly synthesize user research data using tags and subtags in Aurelius!
Sub-tags: Next Level Sense-Making
Tags are one of the most powerful tools in Aurelius. Used for doing research analysis as well as global searching across projects, you can see why they’re such a popular feature of any research repository.
At Aurelius we’ve been passionate about making user research analysis and sense-making faster and easier. Sub-tags is one further step in that direction.
From every project in Aurelius you can select tags used for coding and analyzing your data. Now when viewing tags, you’ll also see sub-tags that you used within that data set automatically, helping you further refine your analysis and synthesis process.
For example you might tag your notes and data with “#painpoint” to quickly see all the pain points from the research you did. Then, you may add other tags like “#visual-design” to organize certain feedback by those topics as well.
Now, quickly segment notes with “#painpoint” and see the breakdown of other topics used to answer a question like “Which pain points are related to visual design?”.
From there you have all the power of Aurelius at your fingertips. Select everything that matches, add new tags, capture an insight and more!
Even More Accurate Transcriptions
We got a TON of excellent feedback on just how accurate transcriptions in Aurelius are… as in “near-human” accurate. Still, we’ve been working hard to make them even better!
One challenge with other transcription tools is the ability to work accurately with different accents and dialects. Aurelius now offers even better support for the following languages and accents:
- English
- English Australian 🇦🇺
- English British 🇬🇧
- English US 🇺🇸
- Spanish 🇪🇸
- French 🇫🇷
- German 🇩🇪
- Italian 🇮🇹
- Portuguese 🇵🇹
- Dutch 🇳🇱
Bulk Input Control
Many of you love our simple but powerful bulk input feature. This allows you to quickly bring in research notes and data from other places with a simple copy and paste.
We’ve had several requests to have more control over when this happens so we launched an enhancement which now prompts you when pasting in several notes if you’d like them separated by line-break or to make one single note.
